Did you get an error message while depositing? If not, please contact our Customer Support Team.
We will probably find the money without proof of deposit. However, in exceptional cases, we may ask you for a copy of the transfer so that we can find the payment at the payment provider.
Please also note that payments via "Trustly" can take up to 24 hours
